Hamlet's sadness through Claudius's eyes
I understand his sadness however I do not understand the length or the intensity of it. He needs to get over it and accept this new reality. He was my brother too, does Hamlet not see that? Of course though he believes that I truly cared about Old King Hamlet. So therefor he should be empathetic to my "feelings". He has been walking around wearing all black and sulking ever since his father died, acting like a total child. He needs to understand that this is the new reality and that I am his new father. I demand respect from him one way or another. If he ever knew what I have done he would chop my ear off and let me bleed into the earth. And as for his mother! He needs to stop hating the both of us for our decision, (see #18) it was out of love for one another and for our country. He needs to step up his game and act for his country the way he used to. It is his job to represent this family and country. He has been acting all crazy and depressed lately and frankly I'm quite tired of him not appreciating anything I have done to mend his broken heart. Time to grow up Hamlet. Your fathers death was for the best of the country. I am in his shoes now and I will not tolerate this anymore. I killed his father for a reason, and whether he believes it or not his fathers death was for the best of our society and family. He is scum and completely incompetent at his job, therefor I had to eliminate him.
